Duphaston – patterns

So, I said I was phasing myself off the Duphaston (Dydrogesterone), as they’ve stopped making it.

I’ve been taking pills every night, then half every night, then every other night. I took one-half four nights ago, then didn’t take a half the following night. So, the night after that (Friday I think) I was feeling a bit flushed by the end of the day, along with a headache… although, the latter happen anyway, and it’s very hot at the moment!

I’ve been taking halves the previous two nights, but not last night. Today is hot, we’re at home with all the windows open, and we are both still hot!
