... and now, time to return.

Up & at them early today, as I'm returning to Royston, and my beloved Caroline (cmmathieson, for the benefit of the newbies reading!)

Bus to Skegness town centre, then NatEx back to Peterborough, then (unless anything changes), Stagecoach X8 to Chatteris, X9 to Cambridge, then 26 back to Royston.

It's been good, but rather cold and wet. Naturally, this morning looks good.  

On the road...

Now on the way through rural Lincolnshire, and here is the coach I am currently on, taken at the start of the trip in Skegness… (I’d upload the rest, but the connection is better in urban areas rather than rural!)




LATER - I think my mouse ball has just made a bid for freedom...

Back home once more

So, aside from losing a ball when I was out (mouse ball, this time around!), the rest of the run went OK enough. See all the pics here.

Now tired but happy, even though my tummy is rebelling right now!

p.s. I notice that the ladies loos outside Drummer Street Cambridge have been closed off because of the Core Four works. So, one of the male toilets (individual cubicles) have been relabelled for the duration as a Ladies. Now, if you don’t fancy the potential there, there’s always one in Subway (further along in Emmanuel Street), and there must be one or two in Grand Arcade somewhere.
