How to exchange your Savers

If you have any RED London Buses Saver Tickets left, (as from today) they can not be used, but you can get a swap for the nice looking new (fraud proof) BLUE ones. Here’s how you go about it…

Any old design Savers should be sent to London Buses Customer Services, 84 Eccleston Square, London SW1V 1PX. I would suggest by Recorded Delivery – but remember, Recorded is only insured up to £34. As each one would cost £1.00 to replace today, if you need to send more than 34 of them, do it by Special Delivery instead.

Send a cover note with the serial numbers. If you send books of six, write all six numbers on the letter. Keep a copy of the letter, and make sure the letter includes your contact details.

Customer Services will send an acknowledgement letter when they receive the old design Savers. You should then allow two to three weeks to get your new blue tickets sent to you.

If you don’t get an acknowledgement letter within fourteen days of posting them back to LB, then chase up the Royal Mail.
