it rather is.
i used to look forward to the day the thames barrier might break. but that was before new orleans. i hadn't thought about the bodies, just that it would be nice if the water came to just under my window and i could have a little boat.

Your idea sounds lovely, but I guess the practicalities might outweigh the benefits!

Update - staying in for now... we shall see how tomorrow looks. The day is getting more fowl out by the minute.
