December 16th catch up (in brief)

On Monday evening, out to Yogic Breathing in the evening again. I’ll skip forward to today (Wednesday) for a minute, as the same instructor is also the counsellor I’d been seeing in Royston, and this was the last session. I have benefited from the counselling, and the breathing exercises are already improving me!

Back to Tuesday, was out to work on the Prisoner’s Families Helpline, probably for the final time in 2009 (as they are closed between the holidays). If the snow starts lying here, probably just as well I was out on Tuesday and not this Friday!

For the bus enthusiasts, you can see a handful of pictures from Royston Bus Station here.

i forgot about yogic breathing, in breathworks and in regular buddhist meditation we tend to not manipulate the breath, but observe it closely. but i remember yogic breathing as being pretty nice. i have ordered two books from amazon on the very subject!

Ooh, what books did you get? (We're getting some handouts next week, but you probably know what I am like with books and paper!)

Apparently I look better and more alert...
