So, the new pills seemed to have worked (see y'days post), sort of. I took them early before bed (about 20-25 mins early) and felt a bit more tired. Took me a little while to sleep, but not as restless. I did get rather hot all over after taking it though... or was that something else? Might try two tonight. While they are not magic 'sleeping' pills, they did help. I feel a little tired this morning, but still waking up.

Oh, forgot to mention... when I was at the docs, they had me do this questionnaire again, which I'd seen the previous year in Dundee, but this time it was online. Didn't get a score last time, but this time, 3/20 for depression and 11/20 for anxiety. Some of the answers I gave were improvements on this time last year.

Now, bath & dilate, bus to Cambridge, bus to Milton, and then work! (then repeat in reverse, w/o the bathing and dilating again!)
