The weekend just gone

For the benefit of those reading this via Friends pages… here is our weekend just gone! We’ve been away for the weekend to Kings Lynn.

Sounds like you had a super weekend. I often used to catch the KX to King's Lynn train in order to get to Downham Market; my best mate's parents live near Thetford and that was the closest station. I've never been to King's Lynn but it looks very nice (apart from the hideous frontage on the Dykes Head (lol!!); we've discovered new relatives in Great Yarmouth so it may be on a list of places to visitwhen I'm down that way!

We did!

Lots of people got off at Downham Market... more so than Ely... but the latter does also have the bus service to/from Cambridge.
