This week so far

It seems that, no matter what I do, what I take, every 6-7-8 days or so, I seem to have uncontrollable moments. I was feeling a little stressed, but to be honest, I felt better than this time last week. When I got home, felt more tired, and got upset too. Couldn’t get to sleep – despite the new meds – and woke up several times. I’m not trying to diagnose it right now, as that might make me worse… just recording how I feel. There is never a good time to feel ‘bad’, but these are never good times.

In the meantime, I’ve got a plan for this evening. I offered to take C out, being Valentine’s Day and all, this evening. If you’ve been around Cambs & North Herts this week, you may have noticed the freezing fog. Yes, very good to develop almost frostbite from the bus stop to the flat! So, I offered her to go out or stay in, and she’s gone for the latter. I have an idea for dinner… not quite sure what you’d call it, but I will keep it a surprise for now!
