I went out to Tesco late afternoon, dragged back lots of bags by hand! However, that's not what has done the damage... I was crossing Orchard Road (the top end, nearest the church) on route to Tesco, and when crossing, my right foot hit the section of sloped dropped kerb. Doesn't sound too painful, and it wasn't in the store, but it's feeling a bit now. Hopefully it'll fade.

I've got some new anti-histimines for hayfever.... I took my list of pills into the pharmacy at Tesco, and the pharmacist looked up the book to check that there was nothing that would contradict it.

Anyway, gtg, having a bath now, and then see how long I can get through Big Brother (alcohol-based beverages on standby!)
