A varied Thursday

I’m not going to mention the election or local politics here (today at least), as I think everyone else is. Might say tomorrow if there is anything worth mentioning.

I sent Caroline a message re the noise in the vicinity of my flat, pointing out that at least her background noise (the trains) stops for six hours a night. Here, to add to the dual carriageway, underpass and car park all night, I’ve now got builders making noise from eight or nine most mornings.

The four letter words near the door of The Bread have been obliterated with some Carling promotional posters.

Oh yeah, and history repeated itself, as the 54 driver had to “ask the audience” this afternoon on which way to go up to Ninewells – only after he’d sold a ticket to somewhere he wasn’t actually going to.

Then, I got to work.
