Turned short

Got into London a little early (just after 0600), as the Megabus drivers just seemed to floor it down the M6. I remember we stopped right in the middle of the deserted Preston Bus Station for a crew change, and then again at the usual industrial estate near Rugby somewhere. Anyway, it meant I was able to get to Kings Cross via the Victoria Line, and then via First Capital Connect train to Royston – to get back to Caroline’s, before she left for work. I just relaxed and tried to shake whatever-it-was off. So, that trip I was planning on Sunday, will need to wait (for a bit).
