T-65 – Well on the way now

Just weighed myself without any clothes on – 100.9 kilograms. Getting there very slowly – now under a kilo to go! Hoping I can get this down in just over seven weeks without it rebounding up again!

Dundee Tech Park roadworks

News from Cllr Macpherson's blog is that Apollo Way (Dundee Tech Park) is to be closed from 27th August for two weeks. Diversions will be... fun, to say the least! lol
