My Sticky Day In The City
Mar. 18th, 2009 09:25 amI was out yesterday to Cambridge – for a session of waxing (legs and arms) plus blend epilation on my lower face, at CRC. So, mid-afternoon I left home, and went via Royston station. In addition to the car park works and platform extensions, the ticket office is also being rebuilt, so gateline revenue control staff are selling tickets from an Advantix Mobile machine. In addition, caught my first glimpse for a few weeks of the cat that seems to call the station home – I’ve dubbed her “Station Cat”. She came into the shelter on Platform 1, and seemed to like the camera, as she jumped up on my lap shortly afterwards!

Soon after, train arrived, then bus arrived, then arrived, then just under three hours later, back out, and home again. I’m happy with my lot, although C did have to work the tea tree oil toner to remove the last of the sticky patches…
