More Scottish bus operators fined

Stagecoach Strathtay have been fined £22,400 by The Office of the Traffic Commisoner for Scotland, for problems in operation around Dundee. I had my attention drawn to the article on the STV news website, where they've reused one of my photos without asking, or crediting the source. (Then, I find it's not been the first time!) Anyway, perhaps just coincidence, but today was also the day for the announcement of the annual fare rise...

...Also announced today was Midland Bluebird t/a First were fined £14,850 for similar problems.
