The first weekend of 2010

We had intended to go out on Saturday 2nd January, as C's cold had started to shift... but then I came down with it, and spent most of the day in bed!

Today has been better though! We drove via the A505 and A1(M) to Stevenage, for our first visit to a Harvester, which I was impressed with! Unusual that I managed to eat more from the salad cart than C, but I did make a selection of pasta with carrots, peppers, the various cripsy bits of onions bacon and croutons, finished with sweet chilli sauce!

After this, a quick stop at Hobbycraft - also for the first time, before back to Royston via the A602 and A10.

Not how I wanted to start 2010

Just back from Lister Hospital Stevenage, I took a shortage of breath. They've sent me home with some prednisolone (steriod pills), which helped me last time.I've not had any problems like this for 14 months now, but it is minus 6 out there tonight.
