Some good news now

suzyscottdotcomAfter being on the phone to just about everyone this afternoon, a couple of good points…
* Open Uni support application accepted, and the agreements are apparently on the way to me. Not seen them yet, but they are on the way (got this confirmed by phone this afternoon), in time for me starting in February.
* My dad was due to transfer from his current nursing home, to a new specialist facility on the east side of Dundee. He’s got the funding (it’s more than twice the cost, but he needs the care now), and was going up to have a look again, and choose rooms etc. this afternoon – so he should be there in just a few weeks.
So, some good things to wind the week on a high!
