Ramp-down starts now!

Today is eight weeks to the day of my op. As I previously mentioned, I have to stop taking hormones etc. 42 days in advance, so I'm ramping down from today (56 days) onwards. So, 3 x 2mg estradiol valarate is now down to 2 x 2mg (back to how it was a few weeks ago) for a week, then 1 x 2mg from this time next week, then none at all from the week after that. Still working out how I'm going to split the dygersterone (duphaston), but they can be broken in half, so maybe half from next Tuesday.

(on a side note, Caroline *still* hasn't figured out where i've hidden her birthday gift... tee hee!
