Access control, or bandwith saver?

... for some reason,  Photobucket pictures haven't shown up on this laptop connected via the mobile card.

Now, having gone to the PB home page, I get "You are not able to access this service because Vodafone Content control is in place."

Hmm, bandwith saving intentions?


p.s. Forgot to mention earlier on that I've now had my first dilating session in a caravan!
