Doing well so far...

suzyscottdotcomToday it’s dull, cold and wet outside, but things are good inside!
Despite many attempts, I’ve never really given my ‘new teeth’ (I got an upper denture last October) a proper use, yet. So many reasons why not, and time, and the pain that my teeth were in from the original extraction (took many months to clear!) and the rest. I decided night before last that this is the right time to get used to them (as I’m not at work this week – because originally we had other plans for this week i.e. C’s op, which has been put back). I’m out at the doc in the middle of the week, and this may well work out.
I’ve had them in since this morning, four and a half hours so far. Going good. I had some breakfast, not so much, and an early light lunch i.e. the reheated dinner from last night (which was fresh pasta, tomato passata with herbs, Cumberland sausages, and two balls of Mozzarella cheese, all baked together), which was ok. The first eating took a bit of getting used to. I think I’ll survive. May well lose some weight this week, but we shall see.
