Tired, but better

I was out at the doctors yesterday (the Citalopram is to go down to 1 x 10mg per night, instead of 20mg), but into the evening, I was feeling worse than ever. Not the moods, but the exhaustion. Not just from the walk, but tired generally, and getting worse into the evening. Add to that, feeling more and more sore – at one point, every part of my body except the chest was sore!

Today, I am feeling a bit better. Haven’t yet changed my meds (as I’ve got a script, but the chemist was closed) so still on the old dosage for now.

As for the increase to 2 x 10mg Amitriptyline at night – first next day I had a headache, next two days I was tired, but I think I am getting used to it.

Citalopram is such an evil drug.

I had been on 60mg when I crashed and wanted to "do" myself, as a result I refused to take it anymore and after almost two weeks I feel so muh more alive.
