Caroline has managed to lose nine lbs - around four kilos - since her first weigh-in on Monday!

Rest of today - has to be tagged a quiet day. I was going to go out with C. (for the run) in the evening, then my tooth pain came back. AFTER I'd taken the painkillers. Go figure. As ever, it stopped about 10mins after C left.
