T-22 – Blown about a bit

Firstly, this morning’s weigh-in – 95.3 kilograms! Caroline had set me a new target of 95 kilos, which it looks like I am not too far away from. Second weight target I’ve (almost) beaten!

Today was very windy – freak rain, dullness, the lot. So, I had a day out, but just Royston to Cambridge to Ely and back, stopping at Milton and Royston Tesco on the way home.

It would have been nicer with slightly better weather!
