The straw that broke... something...

The background to this... a certain card provider offered me one, two years ago (when I was struggling, even with excessive interest it sounded like a good idea, in case I got desperate). However, when I called to activate the card, I was treated with incredible suspicion, and had to send a large envelope of evidence. I've never actually used it (the email address I used to register gets much more spam now than before), but I did call them to change my address, and they asked for further proof of my address. I sent them a photocopy of the bank statement, but this is not enough. Having a clear account for many months probably did help my credit rating, though...
The card is now in a brown envelope in four bits, going back to them!
To whom it may concern,
Having called you several times, I’ve been told that further proof of identity is required to change my address. Fair enough, posted a photocopy, but this is not adequate. You are still sending my credit card statements to an address that I’ve left, yet this is more secure than posting them to where I am now on the electoral roll.
I do not wish to post any more originals to you, as you retained the contents of the first envelope I sent you for many months.
You have, however, treated me with suspicion and contempt ever since I received your card. I’m fairly sure that I can’t be the only transsexual person you’ve ever dealt with.
Therefore, under your Terms & Conditions section 13.1, please find my card destroyed, so the account can be cancelled. As per the last statement, my balance is zero (I’ve never been able to use it, in any case).
I would also formally request that you remove all my details (including my email addresses) from your customer marketing database, and additionally that these not be passed onto any other parties.
