T-62 - Women defy science

suzyscottdotcomSomeone recently forwarded me a slightly old funny – you know, the one about the woman who runs around like a maniac all day, and still manages to put on weight.
Guess what happened to me today? Two loads of laundry in the machine, one load of dishwashing, reheating my own lunch, tidying up the flat, bin bags out, out to the shops for some packaging materials, bought a couple of nice things to wear from one of the sale rails, got home, washing hung up to dry, dinner prepared, cooked and consumed by the two of us, sit down to watch an episode of Stargate, and cuddle up nicely after C’s bath.
At the end of it, how did I manage to PUT ON a kilo?
Nice day though – very windy, very wet, but I managed to get out when the sun poked through the clouds!
