Pre-op summary

suzyscottdotcomWith one week to go until I go into hospital (next Monday), and eight days until surgery (next Tuesday), I feel like recapping my pre-op feelings.
Sensitivity – I am getting EXTREMLY ticklish right now, hoping it fades!
Sleep – even more difficult, so currently on Tesco Extra Strength Sleep Aid pills, tried without one on Saturday night and I couldn’t sleep until after I took one! On Sunday night into Monday morning, I kept waking up… never mind, they are weak compared to what I shall be given in hospital!
Moods – not too bad, although sometimes irritable I’ve managed to contain it in myself.
Sweats/hot flushes – usually in the evenings, and sometimes in bed. I remember when I was about 10/11 that I would get such feelings when I was growing up in boy mode, so must be something to do with the T.
Tiredness – sometimes, but not enough to make me sleep!
Pains – only from teeth and jaw, sometimes head.
If that makes any sense to anyone, so much the better!
