suzyscottdotcom... as Caroline has just been up for some red wine (made into gluwine - german style mulled wine) and asked me to make up some of my nachos... despite having only one of the basic ingredients, I was able to improvise!
Hopefully I've not picked up her 'lurgy', for the second time in a matter of weeks!
